The Guildhall staff, particularly Tim and Gary, were very helpful. The setting up for the Rotary Information Event was as we requested. The facilities such as the kitchen and area where we laid out a buffet was very clean.

Cannot thank the Guildhall team enough for providing us with a excellent venue for our Strictly Come Dancing Event.  Tim and Gary could not have been more helpful.  Gary in particular changed lighting, set up microphones and put out chairs to make things easier for us on the night.   The facilities were clean and tidy and the kitchen in good working order. We hired three rooms at the Guildhall for our charity's AGM and found the space and facilities to be excellent.  Gareth and Tim planned our day to perfection and organised caterers and zoning for our the conference and lunch.  They ensured the day ran smoothly without a hitch. The hiring of the guildhall was a quick and easy process with excellant communication. The venue was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Gary the caretaker was excellant, he was helpful and polite. He had all the tables put out for us and also put them away after the event.
