The Town Hall on the second floor is an ideal meeting room and conference centre and has an external balcony overlooking the main street.
This room is called the Town Hall due to it’s additional use as the Council Chambers, where Chard Town Council meetings take place throughout the month.
When hiring the Town Hall, the attached pantry is available for serving light refreshments and is fully fitted with fridge, microwave, toaster and sink.
Depending on the requirements of your booking the capacity of the Town Hall is up to 60 people.
Hire of the Town Hall is £12.23 per hour and is subject to a minimum 1 hour hire charge 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and a minimum 2 hour hire charge outside of those hours.
