Age 50+ and wanting to keep fit, have fun and dance to music from around the World? No partner or experience needed. First session free.
We dance to music from all genres – from Vivaldi to Bob Marley, from traditional Greek to Brazilian Jazz – the biggest variety of dance and music on the planet! Some dances are just a few steps, some need a bit of learning, but each dance is expertly taught and explained. Some dances are a lively whilst others are slow and reflective.
Two classes on Mondays twice a month – 10am and 2pm
